dear readers:
i will be taking a month long hiatus from photoblogging, starting now. i no longer have the resources to have film processed and printed. check back in a few weeks, i may have the pinhole test photos up, but i don't think i will be doing any sort of regular blogposts.
thank you.

party time at kirby's

i loaded some 220 film into my holga. it was liberating to shoot that much film without having to change it. i spent two days shooting before i ran out of film. i used the advance guide found at squarefrog:
http://www.squarefrog.co.uk/holga-troubleshooting-220.html
these photos are from a party, i'd like to do some more double exposures using the wall of kents old room as a backdrop.

sarah and emily.

this photo frightens me.

i like the contrast in this one.

RED

i shot this roll of redscale film on friday night. i re-spooled the film after reading ndroo's article on redscale:
http://www.ndroo.com/blog/?p=30
i used my holga, to get panoramic photos with sprocket holes, but jerry at the photostore was unable to print them as panoramics. maybe i'll ask him to scan them using the six by six mask.

surprised nash print:

the negative:

just a little disappointing. i wish i had some sort of photo editing program so i could play with the negative a little bit.

heres the others:

nash and sarah are fun to take pictures of. i don't know how to say this, but they move together. the picture of them at the stove shows it. they seem really comfortable around each other.
